I have had the pleasure of working with Sharifa on several endeavors as our district continues to leverage opportunities to move from good to great. This journey to excellence has require the staff of Phoenix Union High School District (PUHSD) to operate in a different way in order to change and develop new systems for operations. As we all know, change can be difficult. In an effort to produce results and ensure the right conversations, we brought in Sharifa to help facilitate our meetings in hopes of generating ideas and reaching consensus. Sharifa demonstrated that she has an amazing ability to orchestrate productive dialogue that leads to outcomes. Her ability to manage divergent perspectives while creating a platform that allowed all individuals to be heard was invaluable to the success of our discussions. Sharifa has been intimately involved in facilitating conversations around many of our district's initiatives and as a result our community continues to make appropriate progress.
